let's meet!

When you join my setting, we start with a relaxed pre-visit so you and your child can look around, play, and get to know me in a calm, friendly way.

It is a great time to ask me all the questions you may have!

2

CONTRACT & POLICIES

I will share with you all the necessary informations you need. I am always keen to share and explain my policies if need be. I will ask that you read and sign them. You will also receive a contract and a care booklet to fill in before the childcare starts.

3

settling-in

If your child needs it, you’re very welcome to stay for a short visit at first, helping them feel safe and secure before we gently move towards gradual separation at their own pace. During the first few weeks, I’ll share daily feedback with you, keeping communication open and making sure you feel reassured every step of the way.

4

INFORMATION I SHARE

During your child’s time with me, I’ll share a daily journal so you can see how their day went, including meals, naps, activities, and what they learned. I’ll always keep you informed about any medical or safeguarding matters, and I’m happy to share records with you at any time. I believe open and honest communication with parents is essential.

MY FEES

Monthly standart fees

Daily rate : £126

Full time (4 days a week) : £1989 - spread in 12 months payments

FEE STRUCTURE AND WHAT’S INCLUDED
I aim to keep my fees as clear and stress-free as possible, so you always know what to expect. I’ll share my current day rate with you during our initial chat and confirm everything together in the childcare agreement.

My fees are based on being open 47 weeks a year and are spread into 12 equal monthly payments, helping you plan ahead with confidence, while not changing the total amount due.
If you decide to end your contract early, I will calculate the cost of childcare provided up to your leaving date, compare this with payments already made and issue a final invoice or refund if needed.

This includes loving, high-quality care, enriching learning experiences, bilingual language support, and daily activities in line with EYFS 2025, along with meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, and regular outings. Occasionally, we may plan special outings which would be at an additional cost, and these will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.

Fees are reviewed yearly, with at least one month’s notice before any changes.

NOTICE PERIOD

I ask for one month’s written notice from either side should the childcare agreement need to come to an end. Fees remain payable during the notice period, even if your child does not attend, as the place is still reserved for you.

DEPOSITS AND RETAINERS

To secure your child’s place, a deposit of £100 is required and will be deducted from your first month’s fees once care begins. Places are offered on a full four-day week basis, helping to create consistency and routine for the children. However, some exceptions can be made.

If you’re reserving a place for a future start date, a, retainer fee of 50% of the monthly fee, may apply to hold the space for you until then. Please note that deposits and retainers are non-refundable if a place is cancelled by the parent.
