homemade cuisine

Every meal is home-cooked by myself the night before or on the same day, if possible. I offer two meals and two snacks a day.

Mealtimes are a wonderful opportunity for children to learn and grow. I offer healthy breakfasts and lunches, along with two delicious snacks throughout the day, helping little ones develop good habits and a positive attitude towards food. We gather together at noon for meals, and I join children, as eating a moment of sharing.

For babies not eating solid yet, I respect their schedule and ask the parents to provide the milk/formula. As for the older kids, I encourage independence by providing child utensils and plates, and I gradually involve them the clean-up process as well.

FOOD SAFETY & aLLERGENS

Safety is at the heart of everything I do. I always supervise children during mealtimes. I follow the Nutrition Guidance for Early Years in England to help children develop healthy eating. I also work closely with families to manage any allergies and intolerances, providing a daily update on what and how the little one is eating.

If you want to learn about the Nurtition Guidance and the most common allergens, you can download the link on the left.

I prepare meals with fresh, organic ingredients to ensure the best flavor. I focus on seasonal produce and seize the opportunity to teach kids about the importance of eating in harmony with nature.

Before and after each meal, children will learn proper handwashing techniques for good hygiene, as as the importance of oral health when the time comes.
